Struggling to stay consistent with your routines? Here are some easy ways to keep the momentum!
Start small - use my routine stacking method to create a slow and
steady plan. Don't feel like you have to do it all at once - that
is a recipe for disaster!
Create an incentive! What are you working towards? Is there
something you want to reward yourself with at the end of the
week?
Make sure to track. You can't get that reward if you don't track so
make sure you're creating a routine to check in daily with the
routines you want to work on.
Find a buddy! Accountability is what is going to help you feel less
alone while you work on your routines. Can you find a group working
on the same thing? Someone to text and check in with? Enroll in a
great support system to get going!
