I was struggling with my hormonal health for a few years now.
And I wanted to share my story in case this sounds like “you
too!”
I was feeling like I wanted to nap all the time. I couldn’t lose
pandemic weight gain and my skin was breaking out. It really felt
like there was something “off” in my body. And I know my body.
So, I did a couple of things:
➡️ Google research
➡️ read hormonal health books
➡️ dove into anti-inflammatory diets information from Wilk Hole
➡️ check into leaky gut symptoms
➡️ took an at-home hormonal health test
➡️ went and saw my doctor
Here are a few of the changes I’ve been making in the last month
and while I’m not an expert in these, I feel great and wanted to
