Feeling burnt out right now?
I hear you -- and I bet every other mom does as well.
I know that it can feel tough when you have so much on your plate
to do but know that you don't have to live in burnout all the
time.
It is okay to let some things fall off your plate. It's okay to
take a breathe and prioritize. And it's okay to say no to
things.
