I'm a big reader. I have a parallel reading strategy where I
read typically 4 books a month. I know this seems like a lot but it
allows me to hit my goals in small chunks instead of feeling super
overwhelmed.
I wanted to share today some of my fav books that have helped with
my own personal growth this year (and some bonus ones I've read in
the past)

➡️ Untamed by Glennon Doyle (re-read this year)
➡️ Atomic Habits by James Clear (re-read this year)
➡️ Love Centered Parenting by Crystal Paine
➡️ The 12 Week Year by Brian P Moran (re-read this year)
These books were on the top of my list of non-fiction personal
growth books for the year! And you'll notice that 4 of them were
books I've already read and chose to read again in 2021! I love to
re-read books that I love because I feel like I pick out different
things each time!
I get most of my books from the library and honestly only buy books
after I've read them once and I know I'll re-read them so these
ones are going on my bookshelf soon (if I don't already own
them!)
