Finances are stressful … When we are paying bills late. When we
are not reducing our debt the way we want. When we hardly ever log
into our banking online to see what is going on there.
Yikes! Finances!
How about something a little different. What if we used mindfulness
to take control over our finances instead of relying on sheer
willpower or “whenever-we-feel-like-it”.
Intentional, finance doesn’t have to be as hard as it may feel and
