Do you struggle with that negative voice in your head? The one
that tells you that you aren't good enough? You know the one - it
makes you feel like nothing you do matters and that you're always
going to fail.
We all have a voice like that in our heads.
But it's possible to flip that voice on its head and start to think
more positively. it's a never-ending journey of growth but one that
can really help you grow in your own love and acceptance.
So what are some ways to do it?
- Do an inventory --> what voices come up the most for you? when
do they come up? what patterns do you notice?
- Combat those negative voices with positive ones --> Start to
do affirmations daily. Remind yourself of the person you know you
are. Put post-it notes all over, talk to yourself, and become your
biggest cheerleader
- Fill up your personal growth cup --> Changing your negative
thought patterns won't happen overnight and without work. Start to
listen to positive podcasts, read books to help you grow, and put
in 10 minutes a day on just your mindset.
