What dreams are tickling you and you think about all the time?
What are the things that come up often in your thoughts as you
drift off to sleep? Like a, “I’m going to do that “ONE DAY!””
What are those things that you really want? And how can you make
them happen in your life?
Do you have time or a quiet moment to dream your dreams? Or plan

to cooking supper. There isn’t a moment to slow down.

This isn’t about being discontent with your current life, but
thinking about how you can amplify what's already going on ----
which you need to slow things down a bit, filter out the noise so
you can sort through the things that are serving you, and pick out
the things that are not.
